Please read the following policies carefully to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for both of us. 📅 Appointment & Cancellation Policy • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee. • No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee and may require prepayment to book future appointments. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule. I truly value your time and ask that you respect mine as well 🤍 🧴 Preparation Before Your Wax To get the best results: • Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). • Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment. • Avoid lotions, oils, or heavy creams on the day of your appointment. • Avoid sun exposure or tanning 48 hours prior. • If you are using retinol, Accutane, or any acne medication, please inform me before booking. 🚫 Health & Safety Please inform me before your appointment if you: • Are pregnant • Are diabetic • Have skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, open wounds, cold sores) • Have recently had chemical peels or laser treatments • Are using Retin-A, antibiotics, or any skin-thinning medications Your safety always comes first. 🌸 Aftercare For 24–48 hours after waxing: • Avoid hot baths, saunas, and intense workouts • Avoid tight clothing in waxed areas • Avoid sun exposure or tanning • Do not exfoliate for 48 hours Ingrown hair prevention starts 2–3 days after your wax with gentle exfoliation. 👙 Brazilian & Intimate Waxing • Proper hygiene is required. Please arrive freshly showered. • I reserve the right to refuse service if hygiene standards are not met. • During your cycle, a tampon or menstrual cup must be worn. 🤍 Respect & Comfort This is a professional environment.
